Milton Keynes College has an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Practitioner to join the Prison Education team at HMP Aylesbury on a part-time basis.

The role involves providing inspirational learning support to small groups and individuals, with a focus on ALS, Maths and English, and setting targets to improve employability.

Working across the whole prison estate, you will help learners achieve their potential and benefit from generous leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide inspirational learning support to small groups of learners and on a 1:1 basis.
• Holistic approach to highlight learning needs and improve learner skills.
• Focus on ALS, Maths and English to support employability outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning support to learners in small groups and 1:1 sessions.
• Identify and address individual learning needs to improve skills.
