Job summary

Three Rivers District Council in Rickmansworth seeks a part-time Systems Support Officer to join our ICT team. The role supports, develops and improves ICT systems, including Idox Uniform, Exacom and related applications, to assist users and drive upgrades.

Working 20 hours per week, you will analyse data, produce system reports, train staff, and help implement new systems while ensuring effective service delivery within local government.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical administration or ICT project delivery.
• Knowledge of Idox Uniform or similar applications.
• Understanding of local government ICT environments.
• Ability to analyse data and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and third‑party users on relevant systems
• Prepare and maintain systems procedure manuals
• Produce system access and audit reports
• Support business cases for new systems and ICT equipment
• Monitor third‑party providers against service standards
• Collate data for benchmarking and Government Returns
• Keep ICT system supervisors updated on developments
