Job summary

Priory Hospital Nelson House in Gosport is seeking a part-time HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join the Site Support Roles team. The role supports HR guidance for managers, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in a hospital environment.

The pro rata salary is £21,040 per year for 30 hours per week, with a 4-day work pattern. Priory Hospital Nelson House is a rehabilitation service for males with complex needs and mental health conditions.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified with HR knowledge or 3 years HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as HR Administrator/HR Assistant in a commercial environment.
• Experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.

Responsibilities

• Provide managers with HR guidance on employee relations cases and HR matters.
• Work with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Act as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR queries.
• Support interpretation and application of Priory’s HR policies and procedures.
