Qualifikationen

• We are seeking candidates with HR experience and understanding of confidentiality.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, plus HRIS (ideally Oracle HCM).
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or studying for CIPD is advantageous.

• Be the first point of contact for operational HR queries via the HR Helpdesk and provide timely advice.
• Prepare letters and HR documents, process monthly changes and liaise with payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support induction sessions.
• Support HR system improvements and use of technology to enhance service.
