Job summary

High Profile Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a manufacturing client in Bracknell to recruit an HR Operations Manager to lead a six-month transformation project. You will own the HR operational infrastructure, redesign processes and embed new ways of working across the lifecycle from onboarding to leavers.

You will report to the HR Director and drive improvements with governance, templates and documentation, coaching the People team to sustain gains after the assignment ends.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR Operations and transformation projects.
• Ability to map, redesign and implement HR processes end-to-end.
• Strong governance, controls and compliance mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Map current processes and design clearer future-state workflows.
• Review governance, controls and compliance for HR operations.
• Clarify responsibilities between HR, managers and other functions.
• Improve HR policies, templates and supporting documentation.
• Strengthen onboarding, payroll, records and leavers processes.
• Improve HR data, KPI reporting and visibility.
• Simplify fragmented or manual processes wherever possible.
• Enhance storage, access and control of HR information.
• Leverage SharePoint/Teams to streamline documentation and access.
• Coach the People team to embed improvements post-assignment.
