Job summary

Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited is recruiting an HR / ER Advisor on a part-time basis (28.8 hours per week), with two office days required weekly in Swindon or Bristol. The role supports managers and staff with proactive HR operations, providing guidance on HR/ER issues and casework, and developing strong client relationships.

The post requires CIPD progression and excellent communication, with flexible hours to accommodate school runs and other commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or ER-focused role.
• Ability to advise on HR/ER issues and casework.
• Strong communication, judgement and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers to be effective leaders and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
• Provide advice on HR/ER issues and policies to line managers and staff.
• Advise and coach on sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Engage with staff representatives and TU officials as needed.
• Work with HR Shared Services to manage employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist recruitment: shortlisting and selection to hire best candidates.
• Contribute to HR processes, policies and HR projects.
