Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team across Berkshire College of Agriculture and Slough & Langley College campuses. This part-time, permanent role is 14.5 hours per week, with flexible patterns (two days or three).

The salary ranges from 10,692.38 to 11,751.66 per year, pro‑rated from a full-time scale. You will handle HR administration, iTrent processing, DBS checks, onboarding and leaver processes, plus support recruitment and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR administration and HRIS.
• Strong data handling and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process contractual changes and staff absence records in iTrent.
• Coordinate end-to-end leaver process including final annual leave entitlements.
• Manage HR inbox, respond to enquiries and maintain GDPR-compliant employee records.
• Support Recruitment with onboarding documents, DBS checks and setting up new starters on iTrent.
• Prepare weekly executive status reports and take notes/minutes at meetings.
• Assist HR Business Partners with project work and wider administrative duties.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive working environment including safeguarding.
