Job summary

Tormead School in Guildford seeks a part-time HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle with focus on payroll, contracts, HR systems, and reporting. You will be the trusted contact for staff and managers, ensuring policies are applied consistently and offering pragmatic advice.

Qualifications

• Part-time HR Advisor role with 3 days per week.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience; Level 5 advantageous.
• Experience providing HR advice; knowledge of employment law.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation and school environments preferred.
