Job summary

Howett Thorpe is seeking an HR Advisor for a Farnham-based client in a permanent, office-based role. You will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and payroll, ensuring policy compliance and high service levels.

The role focuses on HR administration, payroll processing and strong stakeholder communication, with CIPD Level 3 and payroll systems experience preferred. Flexible part-time pro-rating considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational administration from recruitment to onboarding.
• Assist payroll including pensions, starters, and leavers.
• Handle payroll reports and respond to employee queries.
• Support Employee Relations cases in line with policies.
• Maintain HR systems with high data accuracy.
• Ensure consistent communication across business areas.
