Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional, proactive HR advisory support to managers. This part-time, permanent role is based at Clatterbridge and will contribute to absence management, flexible working, attendance issues and policy interpretation.

You will work as part of a wider HR team, attend meetings, take minutes when required, and help ensure consistent employment practice across the Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Attend sickness absence review meetings and take minutes.
• Advise managers on interpretation and application of policies.
• Provide admin support to HR working groups and meetings.
