Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Health Adviser to support and deliver high-quality OH services at Clatterbridge Hospital, Bebington. You will manage a caseload, advise managers, and contribute to patient care and safety across Trust staff and external clients.

The role includes leading junior staff, providing pre-placement health and risk guidance, and promoting safe work practices in a busy OH team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health Nursing.
• Registered General Nurse.
• ENB 998 Teaching and assessing clinical practice (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the OH and Wellbeing Service delivery.
• Supervise junior members to achieve service objectives.
• Deliver OH clinical activity including pre-placement health clearance and risk-related advice.
• Provide evidence-based opinion and guidance to management and partners.
