Westward Housing Group in Paignton/Torquay area seeks a part-time Housing Worker (15 hours per week) to provide housing related support and help customers sustain their accommodation. The role covers Torquay and Brixham with potential cross-location hours across Totnes, Torbay and Exeter. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

The role offers a competitive annual salary and benefits, with closing date 1 November 2026 and interview dates in early November.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Experience or passion to work within Supported Housing

Responsabilités

• Provide housing related support to customers to enable them to settle into and maintain accommodation
• Work towards organisational targets on rent arrears and voids
• Ensure customers are well informed and consulted about services and opportunities
• Identify and act on safeguarding concerns
