Job summary

Abri Group in Eastleigh seeks a part-time Contracts and Compliance Specialist to support the Partnership Living team. The role requires 20 hours per week, with hours 9am–1pm, Monday to Friday, based in the Eastleigh office.

You will negotiate SLAs and leases, monitor compliance, and help ensure Health & Safety regulatory adherence across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have housing sector experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and robust IT and organisational

Qualifications

• Experience in housing sector is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong IT and organising skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice and monitoring of contracts and compliance.
• Negotiate service level agreements, lease agreements and void agreements with providers and authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with landlord Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements for the Partnership Living portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and providers to deliver risk minimisation.
