Job summary

Abri is seeking a Housing Planner to join the Eastleigh office. You will ensure our field-based Housing Partners deliver an efficient service by scheduling and planning activities within the community, including tenancy visits and customer visits.

You’ll also support the Housing Partnership Administration team and respond to enquiries. This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and proactively plan field-based Housing Partners activities within the community.
• Manage visits such as New Tenancy Visits, End of Tenancy appointments and customer visits.
• Provide support to the Housing Partnership Administration team and respond to general enquiries.
