Evermore Care Limited is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper at Ashton Manor Care Home in Lancaster to maintain exceptionally clean and welcoming spaces for residents. The role follows a two-week rolling rota with day shifts and weekend work, ensuring a consistent pattern while supporting a luxury care environment.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping or cleaning experience, keen attention to detail and good communication skills. Evermore Care offers a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, domestic or cleaning experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive and reliable approach to work

Responsabilités

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
• Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
• Following housekeeping schedules, cleaning procedures and infection control standards
• Ensuring housekeeping supplies are maintained and reporting any shortages
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, defects or damage
• Supporting a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and colleagues
• Working closely with the wider team to maintain the exceptional presentation of the home
• Promoting health, safety and infection prevention best practice at all times
