Job summary

Mount Charles Group in Belfast is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Allen & Overy Shearman. This role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets and amenity areas, in line with client specifications.

17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 17:00–20:30. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and relevant cleaning qualifications (BICS).

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing and listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, labs and amenity areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requirements.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is maintained and cleaned.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and in good working order at end of shift.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety policy.
