Job summary

Lancaster Brooks Property Management Limited is seeking a friendly, professional House Manager in Evesham for a retirement living development. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday 9am–1pm (20 hours per week), and focuses on providing excellent customer service while safeguarding health and safety standards.

You will be the main contact for homeowners and residents, coordinating maintenance, keeping records, and supporting social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety, property or housing environments, or working with an over-55 customer base would be particularly beneficial.
• Strong organisational and administration skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular checks of the building, communal areas and grounds and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance through approved contractors and complete routine checks (fire safety and emergency lighting).
• Maintain accurate development records and monitor works and contractor performance.
• Respond to day-to-day resident queries and emergencies and signpost residents to appropriate support.
• Welcome new residents and facilitate resident communication and social activities.
• Manage guest-suite bookings and monitor expenditure against budget; support health and safety risk assessments.
