Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin is seeking a Distribution Co-ordinator to optimise hotel distribution channels, rates and inventory across the group. You will work with the Group Distribution Manager to ensure content accuracy and support revenue-generating initiatives.

You will load rate plans and promotions, resolve connectivity issues, and assist with system administration and integrations. This role offers home working with a Birmingham office base and development opportunities in distribution

Qualifications

• Previous experience within hotel distribution, reservations, revenue management, commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support management and optimisation of hotel distribution channels and commercial systems.
• Maintain accurate rates, availability, inventory and content across platforms.
• Load rate plans, promotions and offers; resolve channel connectivity issues.
• Assist with administration and optimisation of key systems (Opera Cloud PMS, Duetto, Upsell Guru, VoucherCart).
• Contribute to projects on revenue, distribution, and technology; identify process improvements.
