Responsibilities

• Assist with general upkeep of hotel, grounds and outdoor areas.
• Carry out basic outdoor tasks like leaf blowing, sweeping and tidying external areas.
• Move and transport linen, supplies and other items around the hotel.
• Help transport guest luggage when required.
• Support the wider hotel team with upkeep and practical tasks.
• Keep maintenance, storage and outdoor areas clean, organised and safe.
• Report maintenance issues needing separate attention.
• Perform general odd jobs to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues.
