Job summary

Highland Coast Hotels Limited invites applications for a Maintenance Person at Lochardil House in Inverness. You will support day-to-day upkeep, carrying out general maintenance tasks to keep the property safe, well-presented and fully operational for guests and team.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, a baseline hourly rate of £14, and a range of benefits. The successful candidate will work with hotel management, perform basic trades, and help maintain outdoor spaces to welcome

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or handyman roles, ideally within hospitality or property maintenance.
• Practical skills in basic trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks to keep the property safe and operational.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and joinery works as required.
• Maintain outdoor areas including grounds and exterior tidiness.
• Assist external contractors when needed.
