Job summary

B&Q Handforth is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for checkouts. You will work on Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts from 7.00am to 8.15pm. The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract, with a notional hourly rate of £13.10 per hour.

Join a team focused on helping customers with home improvement needs, learning new systems, and maintaining an attractive store environment. Training will be provided and flexibility is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to help and learn.
• Comfortable with using new technology and tills.
• Team player with flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at checkouts and tills.
• Support click & collect and display setup; ensure store looks inviting.
• Operate tills accurately and process transactions.
