Job summary

B&Q Rhyl is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. You’ll assist customers with home improvement questions, help with stock and displays, and keep the store inviting.

Shifts are Monday–Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, on-site. You may train in paint-mixing and timber cutting while delivering great customer service as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with home improvement queries and project planning.
• Assist with stock management and creating attractive displays.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure shelves are well stocked and organized.
• Assist with on-site training in paint-mixing and timber cutting as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work effectively within a team.
