B&Q Bridgend is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week, for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll become an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement ideas, guiding them to products and services, and supporting stock management and store presentation.

You’ll gain training in paint-mixing and timber cutting, and you’ll work a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn, and a bit obsessed with home improvement.
• Willing to work in a team and on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Be an expert advisor, help customers with home improvement projects, drive sales, and maintain stock and displays.
