B&Q Shoreham is seeking a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (12–16 hours per week). The role involves helping customers, stocking and displays, and basic paint-mixing and timber cutting training. Shifts run across a wide pattern from early mornings to evenings, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a buzz for helping others.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technology and ways of working.
• Good team player able to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and act as an expert advisor.
• Assist with stock management, displays setup and store presentation.
• Support paint-mixing and timber cutting when required.
• Contribute to a welcoming store environment and sales.
• Work a rota that covers Monday to Sunday, including evenings.
