B&Q Limited in Cwmbran is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll work shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–9.00pm, at £13.10 per hour. Join us to help customers with home improvement projects and keep the store looking inviting.

You’ll be supported to learn new skills, from stock management to basic paint-mixing and timber cutting, while delivering great service and working as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a passion for helping others.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Willing to learn and use new technology.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice to customers on home improvement.
• Assist with stock management, displays and store presentation.
• Be open to training in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
