Job summary

B&Q is hiring a Customer Advisor at Bamber Bridge on a 3-month fixed term contract. The role is part-time (18.25 hours over 4 days) with shifts Tuesday through Sunday, 5.00am to 11.00am. The notional hourly rate is £13.10.

You’ll help customers, manage stock, set up displays and learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting while delivering great service. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys helping others.
• Willing to learn new technology and processes.
• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to customers.
• Assist with stock management and keeping displays tidy and inviting.
• Support sales by informing customers about products and promotions.
