B&Q Sutton-In-Ashfield is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (11 or 15 hours per week) under a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a notional UK hourly rate of £13.10 per hour.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting stock, displays and store presentation. You will have opportunities to learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting and be trained to help customers with home improvement projects.

Qualificações

• Friendly, outgoing and eager to help customers.
• Happy to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota.

• Assist customers and drive sales while maintaining stock levels.
• Set up displays and keep the store looking inviting.
