Vision for Education are appointing a part-time High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a local primary school in Scunthorpe. The role involves supporting across EYFS KS1 and KS2, with 1:1 and small group work and a focus on Read Write Inc phonics delivery.

Qualifications

• Hold a TA qualification to Level 3 or above.
• Experience delivering the Read Write Inc phonics scheme.
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable in a school setting.
• Recent experience supporting children aged 5-11.
• Understanding of how children learn and develop.
• Experience in a similar HLTA/TA role is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support across classroom, small groups and 1:1 in EYFS–KS2.
• Contribute to delivering Read Write Inc phonics where required.
• Be flexible to support across the school as needed.
