TeacherActive Limited is partnering with a Scunthorpe primary school to recruit an experienced HLTA for a long-term, full-time position with an immediate start. The HLTA will deliver planned activities, provide KS1/KS2 classroom cover and support pupils with SEND to help them reach their learning potential.

The role requires HLTA or Level 3 qualifications, UK primary school experience, and strong classroom management. PAYE payment and market-leading pay rates apply.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or Level 3 qualification.
• Experience working in a UK primary school setting.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover across KS1/KS2.
• Support pupils with SEND and adapt approaches to individual needs.
• Provide engaging support to help pupils engage with learning.
