Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Administrator to support our Occupational Health Team at The Grimsby Institute. The role focuses on administering health records, coordinating referrals and appointments, and delivering confidential, efficient services across the partnership.

You will liaise with employees and managers, support wellbeing initiatives, and ensure data protection compliance. Some cross-campus travel may be required; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Experience within occupational health, healthcare, wellbeing, HR or a related setting would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupational health records and coordinate referrals/appointments.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and produce correspondence.
• Ensure occupational health processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with employees and managers regarding appointments and wellbeing services.
• Possess excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
