Job summary

Ciwmjobs is seeking a proactive part-time Health & Safety Advisor to join our H&S team. The role is 24–27 hours per week, with pattern to be agreed at interview.

You will provide expert guidance to trade operative teams and asset department, promoting a practical safety culture and delivering toolbox talks. You will inspect, investigate and advise on risk controls, liaise with HSE and Local Authorities, and design safety initiatives across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate required.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate required.
• Strong legislative knowledge and advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert health, safety and environmental guidance to trade operative teams and asset department.
• Deliver toolbox talks, coach leaders and promote a practical safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, construction and environmental legislation; conduct inspections and investigations.
• Liaise with external bodies (HSE, Local Authorities, Fire & Rescue) and support RIDDOR reporting.
