Job summary

Abri is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join our H&S team on a part-time basis. The role is 24–27 hours per week, with pattern discussed at interview, ideal for someone seeking school-time hours or a reduced week.

You will deliver expert health, safety and environmental guidance to trade operatives and asset teams, embedding a positive safety culture, conducting inspections, and supporting incident investigations across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate and NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalents) are required.
• Experience advising on health, safety and environmental matters in multi-site environments is preferred.
• Ability to coach leaders and deliver toolbox talks to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert H&S and environmental guidance to trade operatives and asset teams.
• Embed a positive safety culture across day-to-day operations.
• Carry out inspections, audits and incident investigations; support RIDDOR reporting.
