Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Head Chef for Northern Ireland on a part-time basis (32.5 hours per week). Lead a team, design high-quality menus, and drive delicious experiences for clients and customers.

You will manage food production, stock, and hygiene while delivering financial targets. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for great food in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Experience in a Head Chef role.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
