Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Chesterfield North Premier Inn. This permanent role offers 15 guaranteed hours per week and an hourly rate of up to £13.06. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep public areas tidy.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, and you’ll be supported by a friendly team with training provided. No hotel experience is required, and a welcoming attitude goes a long way.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
