Job summary

Impact HR is recruiting a Group Accounts Assistant to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping for three companies within the group. The role is remote with preferred locations in Northamptonshire or Milton Keynes, 25 hours per week, and a salary of £30,000 per annum dependent onexperience.

You will support the Group Management Accountant, handling accounts payable/receivable, supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and asset registers while developing accounting skills in a growing SME environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong grades in Mathematics.
• Ideally working towards an Accounting qualification such as AAT.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve supplier invoices.
• Reconcile bank account transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for 3 companies.
• Raise Sales invoices for 2–3 entities and chase overdue invoices.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
