Job summary

Fair Haven in Bournemouth is seeking a part-time Gardener to maintain our grounds to the highest standards. The role involves gardening tasks, looking after equipment and fencing, and ensuring outdoor areas are safe and welcoming for residents.

You\'ll work two days a week (14 hours) with flexibility for the right candidate. You may also assist with general maintenance of the home and occasionally work alongside the wellbeing team.

Qualifications

• Experience with established gardens including ponds preferred.
• Ability to work independently for extended periods; may assist with wellbeing activities.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to a high standard (lawns, borders, shrubs, trees).
• Look after equipment and structures like fencing.
• Clear snow and ice in winter.
• Assist with general maintenance of the home when required.
