Job summary

Bupa UK at Middlesex Manor Care Home in Wembley is seeking a part-time gardener to maintain lawns, flowerbeds, borders and hedges, and to support the Home Manager with planning improvements. You will also assist the Maintenance team with ad hoc duties around the home.

This role focuses on creating a pleasant, relaxing environment for residents, with a passion for gardening and pride in your work. Flexible working is offered within a care-home setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, looking after flowerbeds, borders and hedges, weeding and pruning our shrubs and small trees
• Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help to plan areas that require improvement
• Occasionally, you will assist the Maintenance team with other ad hoc duties in and around the home.
