Make UK in Basingstoke is seeking a Part Time Caretaker & Grounds Maintenance operative to maintain communal areas and surrounding grounds. The role is 15 hours per week across two days, Monday and Tuesday, with driving required to use the company pool vehicle.

You will clean and carry out grounds tasks, supporting residents with a high level of service. The position offers a flexible benefits package including pension options and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with the general public.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
• Ability to carry out cleaning with appropriate equipment.
• Experience in Grounds Maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to drive.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to undertake training.

Requirements

A client of mine is looking for a part time Cleaner and Grounds Maintenance Operative who can work for them on a part time basis. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas in residential blocks and carrying out General Grounds Maintenance Surrounding the grounds. You must also be able to drive as on occasion you will need to use the company pool vehicle.

15 hours per week – this will be over 2 days, Monday and Tuesday.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role with the general public
• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer care
• The ability and knowledge to carry out cleaning works using the appropriate equipment
• Carrying out Grounds Maintenance Tasks
• Cleaning Communal Areas in Residential Blocks
• Must be able to drive
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritise tasks and co-operate with colleagues
• A willingness to undertake training as identified.
