Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Bridport is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to provide friendly, partner-led service to customers while keeping shelves stocked and operations smooth. Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed.
• Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for home delivery or Click & Collect.
• Reducing wastage through product due diligence and correct markdowns.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
