Job summary

The Brook Health Centre and Rotherfield Surgery in Crowborough is seeking a receptionist/administrator for 10 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays, 2pm–7pm) to join a friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have reception or customer service experience, excellent IT and communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy GP environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent IT and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient appointment requests and direct to appropriate provider.
• Process repeat prescriptions and administrative tasks.
• Maintain reception area and handle clerical duties.
