The Co-op Group is hiring for a part-time Funeral Service Crew member in Redruth. You will collect the deceased, transport coffins, and assist with viewings, while upholding dignity, safety and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with company tech.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in emotional situations.

Responsabilidades

• Collect the deceased from various locations in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Bear coffins on funeral day and drive funeral vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities, including vehicles.
• Prepare coffins and engrave name plates.
• Prepare the deceased for viewings and the funeral.
• Maintain client management applications with accurate information.
