Stamford College is seeking a Part-Time Lecturer in Functional Skills Maths to deliver engaging teaching across Entry Level to Level 2 and support learners to develop essential numeracy skills and qualifications for progression.

You will plan lessons, assess work, monitor progress and help learners achieve their full potential while promoting inclusive practice and safeguarding. The role is based in Stamford and offers a permanent contract.

Formación

• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.
• Ability to motivate learners, manage behaviour positively and support individual progress.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mathematics and ability to teach Functional Skills from Entry Level to Level 2.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and delivering Functional Skills Maths lessons across Entry Level to Level 2.
• Developing schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching resources.
• Assessing learners' work and providing constructive, timely feedback.
• Setting SMART targets and monitoring progress.
