Job summary

The Thornford Park Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join its male Low Secure Unit. You will work 30 hours per week as Ward Psychologist within the multidisciplinary team, providing specialist psychological input to complex patients.

The role emphasises clinical and forensic assessment, formulation and intervention, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and collaborative MDT working.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice as a psychologist in the England
• GHCPC registration (HCPC)
• Experience in clinical/forensic settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological input to a male Low Secure Unit (LSU) within the MDT
• Conduct clinical and forensic assessments and formulations
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and psychological care
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
