Job summary

Priory Hospital Cardiff is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team at a site in Cardiff. The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week) with an actual salary within the 28,950–31,350 per year range, and a focus on assessment and formulation to guide treatment needs.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in psychology and HCPC Registration are required.
• Experience with complex clients and supporting staff teams is expected.
• Desirable: forensic experience, HCR-20 training and PBS model familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver staff training and facilitate reflective practice sessions.
• Complete psychological risk assessments and contribute to risk management planning.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Receive supervision from the psychology team and collaborate with Psychiatry, Nursing, OT and Social Work.
