St Mark's CE Primary School in the Sussex Spires Federation is seeking a part-time caretaker to maintain the school grounds and building, perform basic repairs, and support health and safety checks. The role involves liaising with contractors and coordinating with the Head of School and the School Business Manager.

The successful candidate will work approximately 5 hours per week with flexible times, no prior school experience required, and must complete the Childcare Disqualification

Qualifikationen

• Health and safety awareness, COSHH knowledge (full training provided).
• Ability to identify work priorities and plan tasks.
• Ability to carry out routine maintenance, basic repairs and DIY tasks.
• Ability to act on own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
