• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar hands-on role.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts.
• Experience processing payroll and VAT submissions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting using Xero.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Oversee VAT submissions and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting.
