Job summary

Agile Solutions GB Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis. Working 25 hours per week, spread across five shorter days, you will support accounts payable, billing, credit control, reconciliations and month-end administration.

The salary is circa £23,000 per annum, based on a full-time equivalent salary of around £35,000. You will work closely with the wider Finance team and colleagues across the business to ensure accurate, organised

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Experience in a professional services/consultancy environment.
• Experience completing bank and routine balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end finance activities.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and respond to supplier queries.
• Prepare sales invoices and support accounts receivable and credit control activity.
• Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations; maintain Xero and Kantata data.
• Prepare month-end schedules and provide ad-hoc finance support.
