Essex County Council invites applications for a Part Time Finance Officer based in Chelmsford. The role is 22.2 hours per week across 3–5 days, with regular attendance at County Hall once per month. Salary is stated as £25,959 to £28,621 per annum full-time equivalent.

The post requires knowledge of Banking/Income systems, accounts receivable and reconciliation experience, and strong communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• Educated to RQF Level 3 (A level) including English and Mathematics.
• Knowledge of Banking/Income systems and accounts receivable/reconciliation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial support for payments and income collection to internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support and act as SME for Income and Banking processes.
• Contribute to process changes to drive efficiency and value for money.
