Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring at a supported living service in Chester for a Part Time role (16 hours per week). Typical schedule runs 10:00am–23:00pm with an additional 07:00am–10:00am shift the following day.

You will support one female with learning and physical disabilities through personal care, outings and community engagement. The role values dignity and respect, and you will join a close-knit team committed to empowering the individual in daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning or physical disabilities is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (company-paid).

Shift Details

Part Time – 16 hours per week. Days vary each week between Monday and Sunday. Typical schedule: 10:00am – 23:00pm, plus the following day 07:00am – 10:00am.

What You’ll Be Doing

At our supported living service in Chester you will provide support to one female with learning and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care routines, shopping trips, visiting local restaurants, socialising, community activities and more. The role promotes choice, dignity and respect while working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
