Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring at a supported living service in Chester for a Part Time role (16 hours per week). Typical schedule runs 10:00am–23:00pm with an additional 07:00am–10:00am shift the following day.

You will support one female with learning and physical disabilities through personal care, outings and community engagement. The role values dignity and respect, and you will join a close-knit team committed to empowering the individual in daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning or physical disabilities is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care routines and daily support to one female service user.
• Assist with shopping trips, social activities and community outings.
• Promote choice, dignity and respect as part of the care team.
